What Is a Custom Advertising Tent?
A custom advertising tent is a portable canopy — an aluminium frame under a printed oxford or PVC cover — used to put a brand in front of people outdoors: sampling, sales, registration, shade. What makes it “custom” is that every visible square metre carries your artwork, and the frame is built for event use rather than a weekend in the garden.
Print coverage, footprint and wall build are decided per order, which is why we quote from a written specification rather than a product name.

Why quotes differ: two suppliers can both quote a “3×3 tent” and be quoting two different products. Ask for fabric weight, frame gauge and print method in writing — then compare like for like.
Every build is priced on its spec. The same size tent can use 300D or 600D fabric, a 40 mm or 60 mm frame, a roof print or a full wrap — so we do not publish one-size prices. Send the size, fabric, print coverage and wall count, and we reply with one exact number within 1 hour, 24/7.

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order
Six things that decide whether a tent order goes smoothly.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece for a sample, so you can hold the print and check the frame before committing. Bulk pricing starts from five pieces, and repeat customers can order smaller runs than a first bulk order.
How fast can I get a sample and a bulk order?
Sampling runs three to seven working days after artwork approval. Bulk production runs seven to fifteen working days after approval, plus transit. If you have an event date, tell us at the brief stage so we plan backwards from it.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. We print by dye sublimation at 300 dpi and match against Pantone references agreed before production. The approved colour reference stays on file, so a repeat order two seasons later starts from the same standard.
Do you make fire-retardant tents for the EU and US?
Fire-retardant fabric options are available, and we issue the test report for the exact fabric batch on request, NFPA 701 or EN 13501-1 depending on the market. Ask for the document before you order and check that it names the fabric you are buying.
Can you ship to my country, and can you handle DDP?
We ship to more than 150 countries on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Tell us the destination port or door address and we quote the term that makes the landed comparison honest.
Do you do OEM and ODM for distributors?
Yes. Distributors and rental fleets order under their own branding, with their labels on packing and their artwork on the tent. ODM work starts from a drawing or a reference product, and structural changes are confirmed in writing before cutting begins.
